Creating a connected network of alumni through inspiring social media content
The UCD Business Alumni network is a network of 98K graduates in 148 countries. The Alumni Department approached the advisors in the MSc Marketing Practice for social media management.
We started by defining their brand positioning. We discovered that the motivations of their target market for getting involved with the UCD Business Alumni and the benefits provided by the network aligned very well. However this was not being communicated through key messaging on social media. |
We created long-term rotating social media content campaigns in order to reach the target market at different stages of their post-graduate journey. We also launched an instagram account and have achieved excellent growth in the six months since.
